Help Your Child Move Better, Perform Better, and Stay Injury-Free
We help young athletes move better, get stronger, and stay healthy. But we're not just another sports training program. We're here to set your child up for long-term success, both on and off the field.
Because Your Young Athlete Deserves More Than Just Training—They Deserve a Lifelong Foundation for Success
As a parent, you've seen the fire in your child's eyes when they talk about their sport. You've felt the surge of pride watching them on the field, court, or track. But in those quiet moments, a nagging worry creeps in: Are they doing too much, too soon? Could their passion today lead to injuries tomorrow?
What if you could nurture their dreams and protect their future at the same time?
That's exactly what we do at the Head to Toe Youth Sports Program. We're not just about creating better athletes; we're about building stronger, healthier, more confident kids who are set up for lifelong success—both in sports and beyond.
During this free 30-minute session, we will assess your child's current skills, strengths, and areas for improvement. This session will give you a glimpse into our program and how we can help your young athlete reach their full potential.
2
Get Your Personalized Plan
After the assessment, we'll create a personalized plan for your child that includes drills, injury prevention, and specific training designed for them. Our team of sports doctors and experienced coaches work together to ensure safe and efficient progress towards your young athlete's goals.
3
Enroll in the Program
If you decide to enroll in the program, you'll choose the frequency of your child's training sessions. You can choose 1-3 sessions a week. Each session is approximately 55 minutes long.
Our program is developed in consultation with our team of sports doctors. This ensures that our training methods are safe and effective for growing athletes. While Kimo leads the sessions, they have the backing of medical expertise to guide their approach.
2
PERSONALIZED CUSTOM FIT APPROACH
We begin with a thorough movement assessment for each athlete. This helps us identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement. Using this information, we create a tailored plan that addresses your child's specific needs, whether it's improving running form or enhancing throwing mechanics.
3
REWIRE & STRENGTHEN MOVEMENT PATTERNS
We incorporate exercises that enhance the connection between the brain and muscles. This approach can improve coordination, balance, and reaction time - all crucial elements in sports performance. Our drills are designed to make your child a smarter, more efficient athlete.
4
FOCUS ON INJURY PREVENTION
We believe in proactive care. Our program includes exercises and techniques aimed at reducing the risk of common sports injuries. We teach proper warm-up routines, stretching techniques, and body awareness to help keep your child safe on and off the field.
5
DEVELOP LIFE SKILLS & CONFIDENCE
While physical training is crucial, we also address other aspects of athletic success. This includes age-appropriate guidance on nutrition, the importance of proper rest and recovery, and basic mental skills like goal-setting and positive self-talk. We aim to develop well-rounded athletes.
6
REGULAR PROGRESS UPDATES
We believe in keeping parents and athletes informed. You'll receive regular updates on your child's progress, including improvements in strength, speed, and skills. This helps keep your child motivated and allows us to adjust the program as needed.
7
SUPPORTIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT
Our coaches are trained to create a positive, encouraging atmosphere. We celebrate effort as much as achievement, helping to build your child's confidence along with their athletic skills. Our program ensures each athlete receives proper attention.
Is the Youth Athlete program right for your child?
1
My child loves sports but isn't the star athlete. Is this program only for top performers?
Absolutely not! Our program is perfect for any child who shows enthusiasm for sports, regardless of their current skill level. We believe every young athlete has untapped potential, and our job is to help them discover it. Whether your child is dreaming of making the school team or already eyeing college scholarships, we meet them where they are and help them grow.
2
We're already juggling school and team practices. How will this program fit into our busy schedule?
We get it – young athletes and their families are busy! That's why we've designed our program to complement, not compete with, your child's existing commitments. Think of us as the secret ingredient in your child's athletic development. Just 1-3 sessions a week can dramatically improve their performance and reduce injury risk. Many parents find that our program actually saves time in the long run by making their child's other training more efficient.
3
My child has been injured before. How can I trust that this program will keep them safe?
Safety is our top priority, and it's baked into every aspect of our program. Our doctor-guided approach means that every exercise and technique is vetted for safety, especially for growing bodies. We start with a thorough assessment to identify any potential issues, and our trainers are experts in modifying activities to each child's needs. But we go beyond just preventing injuries – we teach kids how to move better, which doesn't just keep them safer in sports, but in everyday life too. Many parents tell us their kids have fewer accidents and feel more confident after joining our program.
4
This sounds great for my child's athletic development, but will it help them in other areas of life?
While improved athletic performance is a big part of what we do, it's just the tip of the iceberg. Our program is designed to build life skills that extend far beyond the playing field. Through our holistic approach, kids develop discipline, resilience, teamwork, and self-awareness skills. They learn how to set and achieve goals, handle pressure, and bounce back from setbacks. We've had parents report improved grades, better social skills, and increased confidence in all areas of their children's lives. When you enroll your child in our program, you're not just investing in a better athlete – you're investing in a better future.
